Herbs to help immune system


Boost the immune system by using herbs:

•Aloe Vera – contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes that help immune system.

•Cat’s Claw – antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and contains alkaloids that stimulate immune function.

•Echinacea – fight colds and flu by increasing white blood cells, as well as aiing interferon production which is necessary for the immune system.

•Garlic – contains allicin, an antioxidant and fights infections and viruses.

•Goldenseal – can help to prevent infections

•Liquorice – needed when the immune system is suppressed by stress or steroids.
