    1. Yes, I know what you mean but you can use them up quick by throwing them in a smoothie, eating 1 cup a day and you can even freeze them to add to any recipe or dessert

  2. Females have a slight edge over their male counterparts as far as involvement with disease.
    Aloe Vera is a super food in my opinion. Aloe Vera is found in three different forms for medicinal use. People do not realize the sheer amount of unhealthy foods they are ingesting everyday - greasy fast food, candy bars,
    gooey cakes and ice-creams, deep-fried snacks, not to mention cigarettes and recreational drugs.

  3. Hi Tarsha, thanks for sharing about your fave superfood aloe vera. I agree that sometimes we do not realize what we are eating (how about lipstick, that is ingested!). I find it useful to write down what your eating and drinking to get an idea or doing a checklist of the healthy foods you want to eat on a daily basis and actually checking them off.
